As the founder of Expedite Animal Health, Dr. Overbay has played a pivotal role in launching pharmaceuticals, biologicals, devices, and diagnostics into global markets. He has advised startups, multinational corporations, private equity firms, and venture capital investors on bringing breakthrough products from ideation to commercial success. His background spans veterinary practice, sales leadership, and product development, positioning him as a unique bridge between science and strategic execution.
